Biography:
Trained in musical theater, and acting for camera, Marie-Evelyne Lessard has been working
in television for about fifteen years now. She has appeared in numerous popular series such
as 19-2, Trauma, Les Argonautes, Féminin/Féminin, Cerebrum, Je voudrais qu’on m’efface,
Lac-Noir and Hôtel, to name but a few. She works actively in the dubbing and narration
industry, lending her voice to various productions both locally and internationally. Lessard
has had several notable roles in films, including Les manèges humains, Fanmi, Jusqu’au
déclin — the first Quebec native Netflix project — as well as Le Dernier Repas, which was
recently released and awarded at several festivals. Her work as an actress has been
recognized with numerous nominations and awards over the years.
